ROLE:
The Account Manager, and wider account management team, are the bridge between the client and the agency.

They are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs, working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s advertising output.

They are constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities
- Manages a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develops positive relationships with clients.
- Acts as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
- Resolves conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Suggests actions to improve and Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Makes sure clients receive requested services in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Services multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Communicates with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Builds strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolves complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
- Acts as the client's representative in the company to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Note: You’re not responsible to bring in new clients (this is not a sales position). You are responsible to keep and grow your clients with Remarkable Client Experiences, Remarkable Excellence.

RESULTS:
- Regular reports Delayed, Urgent Tasks status on regular basis
- 100% campaign complience to the marketing plan at all times
- Maintain a response rate less 1hours

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in the Advertising industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes.

HOURS:
10:00AM-5:00PM - Cairo Time - 6 days aweek

SALARY:
Basic Monthly Salary: LE5,000
Commission: 2% of retained Cash - on maintaining Less than 10% Churn Rate
