ROLE:
Graphic Designers design (or create) graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, magazine advertorials, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as part of a cohesive sales and marketing team towards a common goal, contributing to a competitive yet collaborative environment that maximizes the performance of the entire team.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Participate in lucrative incentive schemes and monetary benefits to encourage high performance.
- Report individual sales metrics to the appointment setter team leader, ensuring all quotas are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow lead generation plans that align with company and revenue growth objectives.
- Participate in sales training and onboarding programs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences to ensure relevant sales strategies.

RESULTS:
- Regular reports on performace on weekly basis
- Each Graphic Designer must attend all weekly meetings and monthly gatherings
- A minimum of 100 visual tasks submitted on monthly basis
- Company values and culture are consistently upheld by all members.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effect)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training

HOURS:
10:00AM-5:00PM - Cairo Time - 6 days aweek

SALARY:
Basic Monthly Salary: 4,000LE
